Easy Returns and Exchanges... because your satisfaction with the fit and quality of our shoes and accessories is important to us! Just remember... try it on inside before you wear it outside to keep shoes new, clean, unworn... and eligible for return.

Return in 30 Days for Full Credit of Price less shipping
We accept returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date on new, clean, unworn products returned in their original packaging with our receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. $10 re-boxing fee may be deducted if original shoebox or packaging is not returned. Please email us at Sales@CanningShoes.com for a return authorization number that must be legible on the outside of the carton.

Exchange in 30 days - Just Place a New Order online and Return the First Order
Cross-Ship Exchanges of new, clean, unworn products are suggested to minimize your waiting time. Place a new order online then return the first order to us as noted above for credit. If your product is Damaged or Defective or you prefer to receive credit first, you may request a Standard Exchange (please allow 15-30 days for incoming ship time, inspection, re-order, and outgoing ship time). Merchandise exchanged for you that is not the result of our shipping error or due to defective merchandise will be subject to a shipping charge.

Damaged or Defective may be Returned for Inspection Only
Credit will be inssued upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Shoes found to be defective will be considered according to manufacturers' specifications. Please mark or show us what is wrong and we will attempt to make a fair judgement. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and improper use will not be credited. We accept only merchandise for return that has been purchased on this website.

How to Pack and Ship your return
Please re-pack in the original shoebox or package with our receipt (you can reprint a copy online - just click on the MyAccount link to logon and see a list of MyOrders). List your Return Address and Return Type on the shipping label and ship via your choice of carrier (insurance and delivery confirmation is recommended). COD and PostageDue shipments cannot be accepted. Return authorization must be legible on the outside of the carton or shipment will be refused.
